Please read the model report attached to the component page.

Model files included are:

1) Model card file

2) Model simulation report

3) Terms and conditions if the model comes from component manufacturers

This model is supplied by each manufacturer and distributed by MoDeCH.

The paid model is created by MoDeCH and we guarantee its quality. The main models are ICs or high-performance discrete parts and are not readily available on the open market.

In the case of the paid models, please push the "add quote" button in model detail pages.

We will confirm your request and create a quote, then send you the quote.

If you agree, we will send you the model files.

In the case of the free models, please put your models into cart and purchase(no money!).

After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link.

MoDeCH retains all copyrights for the paid models and does not permit copying or secondary distribution. Therefore, do not copy the model except for a backup copy and five copies intended for use within the same office. If you violate this, MoDeCH carries out a legal means in conformity with an agreement.

In regards to free models that are supplied by the component manufacturers, please refer to their Terms of Use and Conditions.

No. You cannot resell models. 

Up to 5 people per model is possible.

No. You cannot transfer a model's proprietary rights.                                     

No. You cannot return the model.

Yes. You can confirm this by the model's report listed on the component page.

The model download URL can be downloaded up to 5 times.

No. You can download the newest model. 

MoDeCH will decide whether or not to create the requested model and the priority, and will not respond to individual inquiries.
